The dye-sublimation printing process is used to print on polyester or other synthetic fabrics. It is used for application such as t-shirts, baners, table covers, id cards, sportswear and flags.
The end result of the sublimation process is a nearly permanent, high resolutin, full color print. Because the dyes are infused into the substrate at the molecular level, rather than applied at topical level, the prints will not crack, fade or peel from the substrate under normal to harsh conditions. The fabric is permanently dyed, so it can be washed without damaging the quality of the image.
Images do not peel or fade, dye does not build up on the fabric, colord can be exrtaordinarily brilliant due to the bonding of the dye to the transparent fibers of the synthetic fabric. Trully continuous tones can me achieved that are equivalent to photographs, without the use of any other special techniques.

Cut vinyl is a printing method, using which a design is hot-stamped onto the fabric using a special flex or flock foil with the design already cut using a plotter. Thanks to good foil quality, high pressure, high temperature and ling stamping time, the end result is highly resistant to laundering.
