SUBLIMATION

The dye-sublimation printing process is used to print on polyester or other synthetic fabrics. It is used for application such as t-shirts, baners, table covers, id cards, sportswear and flags.

The end result of the sublimation process is a nearly permanent, high resolutin, full color print. Because the dyes are infused into the substrate at the molecular level, rather than applied at topical level, the prints will not crack, fade or peel from the substrate under normal to harsh conditions. The fabric is permanently dyed, so it can be washed without damaging the quality of the image.

Images do not peel or fade, dye does not build up on the fabric, colord can be exrtaordinarily brilliant due to the bonding of the dye to the transparent fibers of the synthetic fabric. Trully continuous tones can me achieved that are equivalent to photographs, without the use of any other special techniques.

One of the biggest advantages of our production is, that the image can be printed all over entire item up to 1 metre height and length, with no difficulty in printing all the way to the edges.

TRANSFER PRINT

Cut vinyl is a printing method, using which a design is hot-stamped onto the fabric using a special flex or flock foil with the design already cut using a plotter. Thanks to good foil quality, high pressure, high temperature and ling stamping time, the end result is highly resistant to laundering.

You can choose this type of printing if you want individual names and numbers, one-off samples, bright and bold logos, etc. Flex and flock stamping can be used on nylon fabrics - waterproofs, hi-vis jackets, umbrellas, as well as lycra or spandex sports and leisurewear.
With flock and flex you can achieve luxurious velvet-like effect, as well as high-gloss metallic print.

One of the best things about this method is the ability to print a single pieces of clothing, because there are no pre-production costs, if you send us a vector file. It is transfered to the plotter, which cuts the foil according to the design.

MACHINE EMBROIDERY

Machine embroidery is one of the most durable and suitable solutions for advertising goods. It doesn't wash away and it has a great powers of endurance, when put through harsh conditions and treating.

Our embroideries are possible through a programable embroidery digitizer. All you have to do is give your design, and we will upload the pattern in a format that can be read by an embroidery machine. We enshure that every design is true to the original.

Machine embroidery is quick and efficient. We already have in stock pieces like t-shirts, caps, etc. ready for embroidery, so you can even just purchase the right amount ot stock material, and we will create the required merchandise for you in a cost effective and timely manner.

An embroidery digitizing is not that easy of a task, but don't worry, we will do it for you. The time needed to make the design readable for the machine depends on the difficulty and the size of your design. As a customer, you have to approve th design and the embroidery process can start immediately.

Human errors like design mistakes, ripped materials, dirt, etc. are all minimized or completely absent.

As machine embroidery is fast. the merchandise is ready in two, to five days, depending on the embroidery pattern selected.

LASER CUTTING

Large format laser systems are ideally suitable for cutting of textiles. Today, modern fabrics and a lot other materials are cut by lasers. In particular, the contactless processing with the laser beam and the direction free cutting involved, as well as the high precision are crucial arguments for the use of laser tecchnology in textile processing.

Laser cutting is a totally contactless process. Nothing but the laser beam itself touches your fabric, which minimises any chance of skewing or distorting your fabric, ensuring that you get exactly what you want. As well as this, when laser cuts synthetic materials, they gain a sealed edge which stops the fraying of fabrics, eliminating any need to hem. Our machines are able to cut a wide range of fabrics and materials.

The pros of laser cutting methods can be concluded in these:

Repeatability - we can produce high volumes of same design identically

Sealing of cut edges when cutting synthetics

No fabric distortion, due to contactless processing

Precise cutting of very filigreed details

No tool wear - consistenstly high cutting quality

Processing in all directions, independent of fabric structure
